My Humble beginnings as a Skinny All-City Soccer Star to the !st Football player to earn a Division I Scholarship at the University of Arkansas where my Love Affair with Explosiveness, Muscle, Strength and Speed reminded me of my youthful Admiration for Super Heroes! One day I had Aspirations of looking like a Super Hero! After a short stint at Professional Football I began to hit the weights hard at my local gym. I learned everything I could from any and everywhere I could. I was a sponge! I purchased every bodybuilding magazine in the store. As I Sculpted my Physique and helped anyone that asked. Eventually someone recommeded I become a Personal Trainer to make a Living while doing what I Loved at the same time. That was the beginning of my Journey into the Health and Fitness Profession 23yrs ago!
